1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Bulk Order & Wholesale Policy:
- “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Bulk Order & Wholesale Policy) refers to WH FOOTWEAR SDN. BHD.
- “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- “Service” refers to WH FOOTWEAR SDN. BHD., accessible from https://whfootwear.com/
- “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- “Bulk Order” means an Order that meets or exceeds the Minimum Order Quantity set out in this policy.
- “Wholesale Customer” means a business, retailer, reseller, boutique, corporate buyer or organisation approved by Us to purchase Goods at wholesale prices.
- “Minimum Order Quantity” or “MOQ” means the smallest quantity of Goods that must be ordered to qualify for wholesale pricing.
- “Size Run” means a set of pairs of one style and colour across a range of sizes.
- “Quotation” means a written price offer issued by Us for a Bulk Order.
- “Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia.
2. Overview and Eligibility
WH FOOTWEAR SDN. BHD. offers bulk and wholesale pricing on women’s footwear for retailers, boutiques, online resellers, corporate buyers, event organisers and other businesses in Malaysia.
This policy explains who can buy wholesale, how to place a Bulk Order, pricing, payment, delivery and returns. By placing a Bulk Order, You agree to this policy, together with Our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If this policy conflicts with those documents for a Bulk Order, this policy prevails.
Who Can Apply
Wholesale pricing is available to:
- Businesses registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
- Retail shops, boutiques and online stores reselling footwear.
- Corporate buyers purchasing for staff uniforms, gifts or events.
- Schools, associations, bridal and event planners, and other organisations buying in volume.
Applying for a Wholesale Account
To apply, contact Us with:
- Your business name and SSM registration number.
- Contact person, phone number and email address.
- Business address and delivery address.
- Type of business and where You plan to sell the Goods (physical store, online store, marketplace or own use).
We will review Your application and reply within [3] Working Days. We may approve, decline or withdraw wholesale access at Our discretion. Individuals buying for personal use may place a Bulk Order if it meets the MOQ, but some wholesale tiers may be reserved for registered businesses.
3. Minimum Order Quantity, Size Runs and Pricing
Minimum Order Quantity
- The minimum total quantity for a Bulk Order is [30] pairs per Order.
- Each style and colour must be ordered in a minimum of [6] pairs.
- Repeat orders from approved Wholesale Customers have a minimum of [20] pairs.
Size Runs
Goods may be ordered as pre-packed Size Runs or as a custom size breakdown, subject to availability.

Some sizes may be limited in stock. If a size in Your breakdown is unavailable, We will contact You to offer a substitute size, another colour, or a reduced quantity.
Wholesale Pricing Tiers
Wholesale prices are discounted from Our standard retail prices as follows:

Please note:
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with retail promotions, vouchers or discount codes.
- Prices may change without notice. The price on Your confirmed Quotation or Order applies.
- Clearance, limited-edition and new-launch styles may be excluded from wholesale pricing or have separate terms.
4. Quotations, Ordering, Payment and Cancellation
How to Place a Bulk Order
- Send an enquiry with the styles, colours, sizes and quantities You need, and Your delivery address.
- Receive a Quotation showing prices, available stock, size breakdown, payment terms and estimated dispatch date. Quotations are valid for [7] days unless stated otherwise.
- Confirm the Order by accepting the Quotation in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- Make payment according to the payment terms below.
- We pack and ship Your Order once payment is received.
Payment Terms
- In-stock Bulk Orders: Full payment is required before dispatch.
- Large or pre-order Bulk Orders: A deposit of [50]% is required to confirm the Order, with the balance due before dispatch.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, online banking (FPX) and other methods shown on the Quotation. An official invoice and receipt will be issued for every Bulk Order.
- Stock is reserved only after payment or deposit is received. Unpaid Quotations do not reserve stock.
- If the balance is not paid within [7] days of Our notice that Your Order is ready, We may cancel the Order and keep the deposit to cover costs incurred.
Changes and Cancellation
- You may change sizes, colours or quantities free of charge before payment is received.
- After payment, changes are subject to stock availability and Our approval. Price differences will be charged or refunded.
- In-stock Bulk Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. A refund will be issued less any bank or payment processing charges.
- Deposits for pre-orders or specially sourced styles are non-refundable once We have placed the order with Our supplier.
- Once dispatched, a Bulk Order cannot be cancelled and is handled under Section 6.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Coverage
We ship Bulk Orders to all addresses within Malaysia, including West Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Deliveries can be made to shops, offices, warehouses and event venues.
No international shipping. We do not ship Bulk Orders outside Malaysia, and We do not send Orders through freight forwarders or parcel consolidators to overseas destinations. Orders with an overseas delivery address will be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for all Bulk Orders delivered within Malaysia, whatever the quantity. No shipping fee is added to Your Quotation or invoice.
Delivery Timeframe
Bulk Orders are delivered within 7 Working Days from the date full payment is confirmed.

- No overnight, same-day or express delivery. All Bulk Orders are sent by standard delivery only. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.
- Pre-orders and specially sourced styles follow the dispatch date stated on Your Quotation. The 7-Working-Day delivery period starts once those Goods are ready and the balance is paid.
- Large Orders may be shipped in several cartons, which may arrive on different days. Each carton will have its own tracking number where available.
- If You need Goods for a store opening, event or sale, please order well in advance. We are not responsible for losses caused by delays outside Our control, such as courier disruptions, floods or public holidays.
Delivery Requirements
- Please provide a complete delivery address, a contact person and a reachable phone number.
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the cartons. Delivery is to the ground floor or loading bay unless otherwise agreed.
- Tell Us in advance about any loading bay, security or receiving-hour requirements.
- If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no one available to receive the Goods, re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Inspection, Defects, Returns and Exchanges
Inspection on Arrival
Please count the cartons and inspect the Goods as soon as they arrive. We recommend recording a clear, continuous unboxing video of each carton, starting before it is opened with the shipping label visible.
You must report any of the following within [48] hours of delivery, with photos, videos and Your order number:
- Short shipment or missing cartons.
- Wrong styles, colours or sizes compared with Your confirmed Order.
- Goods damaged in transit.
- Manufacturing defects, such as broken heels or straps, loose soles, faulty buckles or zips, mismatched pairs, or obvious stitching or glue faults.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
What We Will Do
For verified claims, We will, at Our discretion and subject to stock:
- Send the missing, correct or replacement pairs at no extra cost; or
- Issue a credit note for future Orders; or
- Refund the affected pairs.
Where a return is needed, We will arrange collection at no cost to You. Returned pairs must be unworn and in their original boxes and packaging.
What Is Not Accepted
Because Bulk Orders are sold at wholesale prices, We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind, slow-selling styles or unsold stock.
- Sizes or quantities ordered incorrectly by You.
- Goods that have been worn, altered, re-boxed, re-labelled or displayed in store.
- Minor variations in colour or material between production batches or from photos.
- Damage caused after delivery, including poor storage, humidity or mould.
- Goods sold on clearance or final sale terms.
Size exchanges: As a goodwill gesture, approved Wholesale Customers may request a one-time size exchange of up to [10]% of the pairs in an Order within [7] days of delivery, subject to stock. Pairs must be unworn and in original packaging, and return shipping for exchanges is at Your cost.
Nothing in this section affects any rights You have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where that Act applies to Your purchase.
7. Reseller Terms, Brand Use and Liability
Reselling Our Goods
Wholesale Customers may resell Goods in Malaysia through their own physical stores, websites and social media. When reselling, You agree to:
- Sell Goods as new and genuine, in their original condition and packaging.
- Describe the Goods honestly and not make false claims about materials, origin or quality.
- Handle Your own customers’ returns, exchanges and complaints. Your customers’ rights are against You, not against the Company.
- Comply with all laws that apply to You as a seller, including consumer protection and pricing laws.
We may share a recommended retail price for each style. You are free to set Your own selling prices.
Use of Our Brand and Photos
Approved Wholesale Customers may use Our product photos and descriptions only to sell Goods bought from Us. You may not:
- Use the WH FOOTWEAR name or logo in a way that suggests You are Us, Our official store or Our agent, unless We agree in writing.
- Register domain names, social media accounts or marketplace stores using Our brand name.
- Edit Our photos in a misleading way or use them for products not bought from Us.
We may withdraw permission to use Our brand and photos at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from a Bulk Order, including loss of profit, sales, business opportunity or goodwill, or losses from late delivery for an event or sale.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a Bulk Order shall not exceed the amount You paid for the affected Goods.
Suspension of Wholesale Access
We may suspend or end Your wholesale access, and decline future Bulk Orders, if You breach this policy, fail to pay on time, misuse Our brand, or act in a way that harms Our reputation.
8. Governing Law
This Bulk Order & Wholesale Policy, and every Bulk Order, is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, including the Contracts Act 1950 and the Sale of Goods Act 1957. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy, including MOQs, pricing tiers and payment terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Confirmed Bulk Orders are handled under the policy and Quotation in force when they were confirmed.
