Which courts have jurisdiction?
Any dispute, controversy or claim relating to the website, a transaction on it, or the breach, termination or invalidity of these Terms, falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia; by using the site, the Customer accepts this and waives any objection to that venue on grounds of inconvenient forum or similar.
What about visitors outside Malaysia?
The Company makes no claim that its materials, products or services suit every location; a Customer accessing the site from outside Malaysia is responsible for complying with the applicable local laws of their own jurisdiction.
